雅思口语Part2范文:Describe a time when you missed an appointment.

You should say:

When you missed it

Who you were with

Why you missed it

And explain how you felt about it

雅思口语名师范文1:

There are a few times I missed appointments actually. The reason is because the traffic in my city is so bad. It’s common that you arrive late for things, even if you set off from home on time. The last appointment I missed was a dental appointment, I had to reschedule it. It was easy to reschedule, but was really annoying to go all the way there to find I was too late for my slot, and had to go all the way home again. On this particular occasion I had left home about 20 minutes early, at least I had calculated it as such, and I tried to order a taxi. However, all the taxis were busy and I stood there at the side of the road getting increasingly frustrated with the situation. I was completely alone, actually. 。。。。。。余下范文省略!

A few days ago, several friends and I planned to have afternoon tea on Daxue Road. It’s a lovely road with some small cafes and bars on it. We frequently pass by those stores and it’s always nice to have an afternoon tea there.

I remembered there is a lovely book store nearby called City of Cat Sky. They provide good drinks and services and In the meantime while you are waiting there are a variety of books provided. It’s free to read books there. We had planned to sit on the second floor so We could enjoy the street view(街景) while having a conversation. I was so looking forward to(期待) our afternoon tea.

范文3:

I graduated from college a year ago and immediately started looking for a job. This forgotten appointment was actually an interview appointment.

At that time, I had already interviewed with the manager of the department and received good feedback, so the head of HR wanted to ask me to interview a higher-level manager in the company. This is a technology company and it is a leader in the industry. Many people want to get internship opportunities(实习机会) or job opportunities in this company. Of course, I am no exception(我当然也不例外).

I was very eager to(非常渴望…) get an offer from this company, so when I received the interview invitation(面试邀请), I was very excited and immediately started preparing for it. I bought new clothes and prepared for many interview questions, 。。。。。。余下范文省略!

雅思口语Part3范文:

1 Is it important to have a daily plan?

I believe so, yes. I’m a pretty organized person to be honest. Admittedly sometimes on weekends I might let myself go and become quite disorganized, go out late with friends and forget about plans and organization entirely. But that’s only when I’m free or attending a special occasion. The rest of the time, especially regarding work or family, I like to be on time, I like to be organized, I like to deliver projects on time and I enjoy being on top of things. I think that’s a good way to be.

2 What kind of things need to be planned very carefully?

3 Are there some things in life that cannot be planned for?

4 Do you think it’s important to have a work life balance?

5. How do people who are busy remember things they need to do?

6. Do you think people should remember family history?
