This is quite a difficult question for me as I don’t have a lot of knowledge about different jobs. Nevertheless, I can think of some jobs that I’ve heard about from other people, so I’ll talk about one of them. Well, I’m thinking about the service industry where people work in hotels and restaurants.

A friend of mine is a waiter in a restaurant, and he has told me several stories of customers who have shouted or even thrown things at him. From my experience as a patron, I’ve been to many hotels and restaurants and seen some troublesome customers on some occasions. It made me think how tough it must be for the employees to serve these people and try to keep them happy.
