I would like to talk about the chocolate cake I made for my mother’s birthday. At that time, my mother’s birthday was coming, so I wanted to prepare a present for her. I first came up with the idea of making a chocolate for my mother when I bought a cake in a bakery store near my home. There was a bakery course to teach people how to make a cake, so I decided to make a cake for my mother. Since it was my first to make a birthday cake, it really took me a lot time preparing for it.
