Well, I know many people who are bilingual, or even multilingual. However, here I would like to talk about my sister Lucy, who can speak Spanish very fluently. English is the second language in our country and many of us can speak it quite fluently but Spanish is rarely spoken here.

Lucy graduated from a university in Spain and stayed there for roughly 7 years. I guess this is the time when she learned the language. She must have learned the language as part of her academic study or daily conversation. Then she met a Spanish guy who became her future husband.
