The sports match I am going to tell you is the final between Djokovic and Nadal in the 2012 Australian Open Tennis Championship. Although eight years have passed and a lot of things have faded away from memory, this match is still as vivid as it happened yesterday.

It was a Sunday. After dinner, I was planning to return to my room and play games, but then it occurred to me that I had not seen my parents for a whole week. It might be a good idea to spend some time with them together. So I sat on the couch and turned on the TV to see if there was anything interesting.

Off the top of my head, the most impressive live sport match is high school basketball match. Everyone was under great pressure(压力很大) back then and only when we were enjoying this competition could we be relaxed. This race was held on the playground from 4 to 6p. m. every day, with a great crowd of classmates shouting and laughing.

I was a liberal art student. It was well known that the liberal arts class was the one with the least of boys and there were only five boys in our class. Not that bad because it was just enough to form a small basketball team. Unfortunately, we had to play against a science class on that day. Well, for me I prefer to watch live sports rather than to watch it on TV and I have two reasons. The first one is that your feeling is really different when you watch live sports. At the sports center or the playfield, you can really experience the atmosphere during the competition. For example, you can shout out and cheer for your beloved players and you can celebrate with other audience. And secondly, if you watch live sports, you can communicate with other fans. I mean you can build up new contacts with other people who love the same players as you do. If you watch it on TV, you can’t feel the vibe, nor can you meet new people.
