Speaking about an occasion when I tried a kind of food for the first time, it reminds me of the dish called the macaroon.

I have long heard about(早就听说) the name of macaroons, people always say that it is the best dessert in the world with colorful and exquisite(精致的) appearance. I’ve tried to find the authentic(正宗的) macaroons in my city, however, none of the dessert shops or bakeries bake macaroons. Last year, my best friend, Lily, brought back a box of macaroons from France for me.

I remember that I was grudged(舍不得) eating the macaroons at first because I thought it was too precious. But Lily said that the shelf life(保质期) of the macaroons she brought was not long, so I decided to try the ‘world’s best dessert’ together with Lily.
