Nowadays, bike trips are gaining in popularity(流行起来) with those who crave the exhilaration of the open road. Forget about crowded tour buses and car rental counters, and discovering exciting destinations on two wheels is how modern people are seeing the world. I would like to talk about a bike trip that I enjoyed in Paris. It was last summer when my friend May and I decided to take a tour on bikes to explore the exotic city.

We picked a guided bike tour service on the internet the day before and got started from the Eiffel Tower. The seasoned(经验丰富的) tour guide was quite knowledgeable on the Parisian culture, and added a dash of humor and fun to our tour. In addition, one of the proven ways of building strong hip and thigh muscles is by engaging in regular biking activities. You just need to determine to spend enough and quality time on those pedals as much as possible and you will be boasting of strong muscles. You will also build other muscles when you are riding on hilly road surfaces that requires you to stand on the pedals.
