I want to talk about a café in Beijing. Quite different from other cafes, it is located on the ground floor of an ordinary (不起眼的) residential building(居民区) rather than on the high streets(繁华的街区). You know, like Starbucks.

To be honest, I never noticed this café before even though I went by(经过) this area almost every single day. And I am not the only one. My friends who live nearby seemed to not notice it as well. It is really quiet and there are always lots of students reviewing(复习) their lessons in the corners.

1.What kinds of service are not good?

The service would be regarded as bad service, when the waiters were rude or impolite. As

an example, I want to talk about my experience about bad service in a restaurant. Once I went to a small restaurant near our school. Since I went there for the first time, I asked the waiter about their specialty. However, he was impatient and ignored my question. When I asked for some napkins, he even rejected my request rudely. Because of his bad service, that dinner turned out to be unsatisfying, so I would never go to that restaurant again.

2.How do you deal with impolite waiters?

It depends on the degree of impoliteness. If the waiter just shows his impatience without screw up my dinner, I would forgive him. But if the waiter acts to be too rude or makes some big mistakes, he would affect my mood and appetite. So I would complain to the manager about his bad service directly. As a customer who has paid for both dishes and service, I should have been well served. So the impolite waiter should apologize to me for his rudeness, otherwise I would never go to the restaurant again.
