Well, I intend to talk about my biology teacher when I was in senior high school. He was an old man who had gone beyond the retirement age(已经过了退休年龄). On normal occasions(在正常情况下), he was supposed to(应该) go back home and looked after his grandchild. But the school invited him back to teaching due to his excellent performance and popularity with students.

In many people’s minds, old men have a larger generation gap(代沟) with youngsters, which means they are inclined to be conservative in their notions and ideas . But his humor, creativity and sharp mind(敏锐的思维) completely went against this principle(违背了这个准则). I don’t think so. I believe that in a fair working environment, wages should be paid according to one’s ability, and the quality and quantity of the tasks that employees have finished.
