n my country, people give free advice to each other all the time. People give advice even when nobody is asking. They do it to show care and help others. My leader at work is just such a person. A very useful piece of advice from him that I’m going to share with you is to strengthen communication with team members.

I still remember when I was having a one-on-one conversation with my leader and I mentioned that things often couldn’t go as smoothly as I wish, he said that I didn’t communicate enough with my colleagues.
