I’d like to talk about my elder sister, who is the most fashionable person I’ve ever met. My sister is a fashion designer. She is now working for a cloth studio (服装工作室) in Beijing, and her dream is to create her own brand one day. She is a total fashion maniac because she has two closets of clothes in her bedroom and one cabinet of accessories and makeup.

The target customers (目标客户) of hers are young, white-collar (白领) office ladies. She wants to make stylish and wearable clothes for them. Therefore, they will look good when they are heading for companies, and they will not suffer from the discomforts of some certain types of clothes, such as high heels and really tight skirts.

1. Do you think online shopping will replace in-store shopping in the future? Why?

No, I don’t think so. Although online shopping has some negative effects on in-store shopping, it can never replace in-store shopping. And I think there are two reasons. First, people have to wait for a certain amount of time when they shop online. Therefore, online shopping doesn’t have an advantage when emergency occurs. No, I’m not a fashion person. I’m not interested in following new trends and being up-to-date. On one hand, I think there are more important things to pursue than your appearance.
