I would do a ten-minute stretch on my bed before sleeping, which is my favorite daily routine now. When I'm doing it, I would turn on some light music to relax and do some simple yoga poses for beginners on my bed. After I feel tired, I would fall asleep quickly and enjoy a high-quality sleep (高质量睡眠).

I started this daily routine last year when I found out my lifestyle was pretty unhealthy and was determined to make a difference. Before starting this routine, I only wanted to look and my smartphone and browse social media at bedtime. However, this bad habit made my neck sore (脖颈酸痛) and my eye strained (视疲劳).
