My generation was born when the Internet became popular, so most of us are more or less influenced by it. We use it for shopping, studying, making friends and playing games for fun. I think it’s quite normal in our daily life.

However, our parents think otherwise(不以为然), they always complain that we waste too much time on the Internet. Last week, my mother and I had a quarrel because I like to play online games whilst she never allows me to do so. I made a promise that I would never spend too much time and energy on it.
