The two charts quantify the types of travelers who visited Australia and the mode of their travel.Overall, in 1995 the largest group of travelers to Australia were the Japanese.However, by 2000 they had been replaced by visitors from the UK and the US.In the 90’s most visitors used a travel agency but a decade later the majority of tourists were backpackers.
