Sample Essay: While some individuals state that it is unjust for high-ranking executives in firms to acquire excessive amounts of income, others contend that such a circumstance is reasonable. From my perspective, the latter viewpoint is more logical.

On the one hand, arguments exist as to why some believe that the widening of pay disparity defies justification. Primarily, the main parts of the job are mostly performed by ordinary employees, whereas managers are often confined in their offices doing paperwork. Although numerous chairpersons have graduated from prestigious universities and sometimes work for long hours, their actual impact required for the business to thrive can only be felt minimally. In contrast, entry-level staff toil for hours and invest their manual labor to increase their industries’ production level, and they mostly work overtime to finish their assignments; thus, it is their performances that count for the company's growth eventually.
