The two pictures compare how the inner and outer layout of a conference center will develop from present days to the future.

People can enter the building from the reception in the south. On the west of it are toilets, while on the east is a café, which will be redeveloped into a fitness centre in the future. In the west of the building are sited two meeting rooms and they will be reconstructed into three. In the meanwhile, there is a grand hall in the east, but it will be divided into two parts, the north of which will be rebuilt into a café with a kitchen.
