In 2005, approximately 4.2% of the GDP went toward roads and railways while 3.9 went toward health. Just 2.2% went toward education. In 2005,health rose slightly above 4% while roads and railway fell slightly to 4.1%. Like health, education costs rose in 2005 at approximately 2.4%. By 2010, Education costs increased to 2.5%. On the other hand, roads and railway costs minimized to 3.9%. Similarly, health costs would increase a bit in 2010 to 4.2%. By 2015, health costs jumped dramatically to 6% of the GDP In contrast,
