What do you think is the most important element of a perfect society?

How can people work towards achieving an ideal society?

Building an ideal society has been a dream of mankind throughout the history，but no conclusion has been made regarding the standard of an ideal society. In my view,equality of every social member is perhaps the first element that should be guaranteed for building such a society.

It is unrealistic that all people are born in families with the same amount of wealth, but they should enjoy equal opportunities to receive education. This is the prerequisite for people to strive for a better life, regardless of their family backgrounds. With access to high quality education, children can exploit and develop their talent and become useful adults. Also, when they grow up. they should be allowed to compete with others on an equal basis in the job market and in their career development. Many people are in a disadvantageous position as the social resources are controlled by privileged people. This is unfair and should not exist in an ideal society.

To achieve the goal of an equal society takes the effort of the government and social institutions. Firstly, the budget allocated to education should be sufficient to make sure that all people have the basic right to attend the school. For those coming from poor families, the government is obligated to offer them financial aid. Moreover, to create a fair environment for all social members to pursue better careers and higher living standards, the government should take measures to prevent the abuse of administrative power and companies should also ban unfair competition.

It is widely agreed that all men are created equal. Unfortunately, this dream is not realized yet in most areas of today's world. If everyone's right can be equally ensured, we can have a better world.

In conclusion, I do believe that the sense of safety and security is of great significance in achieving an ideal world, and both governments and individuals should make efforts to make the dream come true.
