2018年5月5日雅思写作范文：Traffic and housing problems in major cities could be solved by moving large companies and factories and their employees to the countryside. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

范文1：

Large cities are labeled with ‘large’ not simply because they are heavily populated or sheer big in size, but also on account of their thriving business sphere as well as being giant manufacturing machines. Nevertheless, there is increasing calls on the moving-out of the industries and the employees from large cities, with more concern about the solution of traffic and housing problems.

I shall say the implement of the practice is likely to exert some effects in the reduction of the above problems. Industrial prosperity in metropolises triggers the heavy population, which contributes to the soaring house price and terrible traffic in the urban areas. However, the reasons for such problems are definitely more than one. For example, the insufficient traffic facilities, the old road system, the less-effective traffic rules and so on are all the contributive factors. Thus, the adoption of a single way is unlikely to solve a problem caused by a combination of reasons.

Modern people benefit a lot from(从...中获益) urban development,but it also induces heavy traffic congestion and soaring housing prices. It is argued that (人们认为)large firms,industrial plants as well as their staff should be transferred to suburban.As far as I know,I partly agree with this.

On one hand, moving industries to regional would reduce the number of migrant workers(民工) inside of Tier-one cities(一线城市).According to National Bureau of Statistics(国家统计局) ,almost 4% of population in Beijing consists of migrant workers.Inmagine if all of them find more jobs available in the countryside,just miles away from their hometown,they would move back to the their homes with no hesitation(毫不迟疑) rather than huddling (挤在)in the downtown .When the demand for houses falls, the skyrocketing prices(高得离谱得价格) are bound to go down . Likewise,(=similarly) the disturbing traffic jam is more likely to be alleviated due to the decreasing number ofcommuters(通勤的人) during the rush hours .
