The graphs present the change of the percentages of the water use from 1997 to 2007 in Sydney of Australia.

It is clear that food industry was the dominant using-wate sector(是最主要的用水部门) throughout the whole period ,although it dropped from 48% in 1997 to 41% .Likewise,(类似地) the percentage in manufacturing industry also declined ,but to a lesser extent (但程度较小)to 11% a decade later .Also,there was a minor drop in (有一个小幅度的降低)the proportion of water consumption from 5% to 3% in the building industry over the span of ten years.
