2018年7月21日雅思写作范文：Some businesses find that new employees who just finish their education lack basic interpersonal ability such as working with with their colleagues as part of a team. What do you think are the causes of this problem and what measures could be taken to solve it?

It is true that there exists a universal problem that some new graduates do not perform well in communication with their workmates .In my view, some reasons are behind this phenomenon.

To commence with, this is caused by the relatively pure environment where the youngsters grow. It is well-known that what the college students are mainly required to do is to acomplish the assignment from the tutors or professors .The limited teamwork may just include interacting with each other and finishing the tasks together, not much interpersonal skills involved .In this way,it is justified to say that their communication or negotiation skills are not developed during their college years. Another contributing factor is that the majority of university students lack the essential employable skills .The fundamental differences between campus and workforce renders those new rookies a sense of lost and depression,thus becoming silent and even nervous in contacting with their new colleagues.

Basic interpersonal ability is essential competence for a job. However, some businesses find their new employees who just finish their education lack it and sense difficulty to fit in with a team. The reasons behind the phenomenon are more than one.

Objectively speaking, campus relationship is far simpler than that involved in a working environment. There are only tutors and students at colleges or universities, with the interaction and communication being made in a usually easy way. However, working in a business team positions the employees in a totally complex social structure from campus. For example, there are, undeniably, hierarchical situations between colleagues ranked by their job titles and opinions should be expressed in a related way. Hence, it takes time and even effort for the fresh workers to readjust themselves to such kind of relationship.
