The development of kids’ life skills is supported by the regular activities they take part in. It is believed that group activities are more likely to train children important life skills than those done independently. I think this idea is sensible in some way.

To begin with, group activities allow the participants to be skillful at communicating. Regardless of the activity purpose, there much be the presentation of personal ideas and the response to partners’ opinion to make the activity successful. For example, in the case of group discussion in high school lectures, students learn how to make their voice heard and they also learn how to accept the correct suggestions. Communication skill is an essential life skill as no one can avoid socializing to succeed in the contemporary society.

Various activities can provide people with amusement and necessary skills, group ones and ones played by oneself. As for me, the former has more advantages for cultivating a person's skills in life.

Group activities can have favorable influences on participants.To begin with, in basketball or football playing, for example, coordination among players is of great importance.Sometimes, smooth cooperation is the key of winning a match ,which can perfectly illustrate the fact that team activities can serve to help people to improve the skill of how to work with others effectively. Additionally, in the process of embarking on a team event, individuals involved can also learn the basic social skills so that they can access more resources to draw on ,which tend to function greatly in their later life.
