In this knowledge-oriented society(知识为导向的社会), top priority has been given to higher education due to its significance in individual growth and social progress(教育类通用开头). Under this circumstance, an absolute consensus can hardly be reached whether equal access to university education for students from rural areas is a primary task for the government. For my part(我认为), it is not only about why, but also how.

It has to be admitted that(不得不承认) only a minority of university students come from rural backgrounds on the grounds that(因为)rural high schools, for lack of qualified teachers and sufficient educational resources, do not adequately prepare their students academically for higher education. Apart from that, as university education is notoriously expensive(极其昂贵), there are financial difficulties for rural students because most of them are from

It is true that higher education is unavailable to many students residing in remote areas.So,it is suggested by some people that universities should make it easier for those groups to enroll into(进入大学) universities,which I strongly oppose(反对,可以用来替换你们万年不变的disagree )that.I believe that they should receive the same standard as others in order to be educated in universities.

There are many reasons for my argument.Firstly,it would be quite unfair for those from wealthy family backgrounds .The cause lies in the fact that( 原因在于)they have to participate in the same college entrance exam nationwide under the same assesment scheme.(在同一个评估机制下)If their counterparts from rural areas are provided privilegs(特权) with lower standards ,it would become an in humiliation(羞耻)for their efforts and commitment(付出) they have 。。。。。余下范文省略！
