It is widely believed that social skills and education qualifications are equally important in the workplace if employees aim to achieve a successful career. I completely agree with it.

Academic qualifications have an essential part to play in seeking a desirable career. They are reflective of a good mastery of subjects-related theories. For example, students from prestigious top 100 universities worldwide tend to have a solid foundation of knowledge associated with their majors. As a result, they are more likely to apply that into the work, thinking more comprehensively and solving problems ingeniously. Conversely, a poor education would lead to a lack of professional knowledge so that these employees face more difficulties climbing social ladders. This explains why job seekers with a prominent education background are often much-coveted in the job market.
