The two pie charts compare educational attainment of employees in an advertising company in two separate years, 1990 and 2010. It is evident that, in both years, PhD degree holders who specialized in arts had the lowest share of employment.

In 1990, graduates with Master of Arts (MA) degree accounted for the largest proportion, followed by those awarded Master of Science degree (Msc). Specifically, MA employees took an initial share of 27% before declining sharply to only 10% in 2010.
