思路解析：

这道题目唯二的重点，首先第一个，这道题目只可以去论述智力和社交能力发展方面，任何其他方面都不在本题的考察范围内，属于偏题。

第二个重点在于这道题目中提到了两个论述对象，一个是家长，一个是老师。这就意味着论述当中一定要有两者之间的比较。如果完全不进行比较的话是没有办法证明老师或者家长影响更大的。

Teachers are normally those people who have sufficient teaching skills and relevant knowledge that enables them to have the capability to pass their experience and what they have known to students. Considering the fact that students spent the most of their time in school and study under the instruction of their teacher, I do believe that teachers may influence their students to a greater extent compared with their parents.

The first reason is that schools are normally regarded as a miniature society. Due to the nature of schools, there are many different kinds of people that students can interact with, which is the exact factor that students could not get in their families. Therefore, teachers, as leaders in schools, can give many instructions to their students, leading them to learn how to have a better relationship with their classmates and deal with their own issues. In contrast, parents generally have no opportunity to cultivate the social skills of their children as they have to spend most of their time at work.
