解题思路：
本次小作文考察的对象为动态柱图，动态图的描述重心是“呈现同一个项目在不同时间内的变化情况”，因此在实际写作的过程中要关注每一个国家在20年中杂志购买量的变化情况（上升、下降、持平、先升后降、波动等）。一共15个数据，不需要每个数字都罗列出来，注意抓特殊值（最大，最小）；有相同趋势的可以归为一段（abc三个国家）, 数据较低的（de两个国家）可以归为另一段进行比较。

The bar chart compares the sales of magazines in five different nations in the year 2000 and 2010, with forecasts to 2020. 

It is noticeable that consumers in country a, b and c purchased more magazines than people in country d and e, and it is projected to be the same for the year 2020.
