The flow chart shows the comparisons of three approaches of recruiting employees for a particular company.
The first method of finding a suitable person for the company is to publish announcements for relevant jobs. Qualified workers would be added to the shortlist, and then enter the next step of being interviewed by HR or managers. Those who are eligible could take the job in the end.
The second used method is to place recruitment advertisements in newspapers. Similarly, the names of suitable applicants could be seen on the shortlist, and these applicants are divided into two groups; the first would be interviewed directly while people in the second group would have to sit for an exam. As a result, candidates who pass the exam would get the job they want as well as those passed the interview.....
