The two maps compare the present village park with its appearance a decade ago.

Originally, the rectangular village park was sparsely spotted: two tennis courts in the north, a football pitch in the middle and a car park which could contain a maximum of twenty people in the west. Opposite to it stood a children's play area in the north and a wood in the south. A small pond can be found on the bottom of the map.

The past ten years have witnessed many changes to the park. The most obvious of all is the improved health facilities including an anti-clockwise cycle path paved surrounding the park, two more tennis courts and the pond currently available for visitors to row there. In addition, the car park has been expanded to hold 50 cars and the children's play area reconstructed into a children's park and an adjacent children's soft play area....
